Privacy Policy

This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to delete it.

What we collect

• Account info: email address and a display name when you sign up. Optionally a hashed password (Firebase manages this) or Google sign-in.
• Order info: the items you bought, the Roblox username you supplied, the amount paid, and the payment method.
• Chat messages: the text you send to our support team about your orders.
• Technical data: IP address and basic browser info from your visits (handled by Firebase Hosting and Cloudflare).

What we do NOT collect

• We never see your full card number. Stripe handles card data directly.
• We never see your PayPal password. PayPal handles your login on their side.
• No tracking pixels from ad networks. No selling data to third parties.

How we use it

• To deliver the gamepasses you ordered.
• To respond to your support messages.
• To detect fraud and abuse.
• To improve the site (aggregate, anonymous usage metrics).

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary data with payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, NOWPayments) to complete your purchase. We use Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, and hosting. Cloudflare runs our payment backend. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Cookies & local storage

We use cookies and local storage for: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, and storing app-check tokens. No third-party advertising cookies.

How long we keep data

• Order records: 7 years (required for accounting and chargeback defense).
• Chat messages: 2 years after the order is closed.
• Account data: until you request deletion.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. To do any of these: open Live Support from the chat icon, or message us on Discord.

If you're in the EU/UK/California, you have additional rights under GDPR/CCPA — we will honor them on request.

Children

Passmart is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete their account.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the site.
