The fastest way: open My Orders from the menu, find your order, and click Open Chat. Message us with your order ID and the reason. We respond within ~5 minutes during operating hours.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (card or PayPal) within 5–10 business days. Alternatively, you can request store credit, which is applied instantly.
If you receive a full refund, the payment processor's transaction fee (e.g., Stripe's ~2.9% + $0.30) is absorbed by Passmart, not by you.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Most disputes can be resolved within minutes via chat. Filing a chargeback without contact may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
