Terms of Service

By using Passmart, you agree to these terms. Read them — they're short.

1. What Passmart is

Passmart is an independent two-sided Roblox marketplace:

• Buyers: purchase Roblox gamepasses through our website. We deliver them to your Roblox account.
• Sellers: sell in-game items (Murder Mystery 2, Adopt Me, Blox Fruits, Steal a Brainrot, Pet Simulator 99, and others) to Passmart through our Discord ticket system. We pay you in Robux, USD via PayPal, crypto, or Cashapp.

We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. "Roblox," "Robux," and game names are trademarks of their respective owners.

2. Roblox third-party trading risk (important)

By using Passmart you understand and accept that:

• Roblox Corporation may, at its discretion, moderate, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in off-platform trading (including gamepass purchases through resellers and item sales).
• Passmart cannot prevent Roblox moderation actions and is not responsible for any consequences Roblox imposes on your account.
• You agree to use Passmart at your own risk and acknowledge that we have delivered to hundreds of buyers and sellers without incident, but no third-party Roblox transaction is risk-free.

3. Account & age

You must be at least 13 years old to use Passmart. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has approved your purchase. We may suspend or close any account that violates these terms.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in USD and include applicable processing fees disclosed at checkout. Payment is collected through Stripe, PayPal, or supported cryptocurrency providers. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the displayed total.

We reserve the right to cancel orders priced incorrectly due to system errors, with a full refund.

5. Delivery (buyers)

Gamepasses are delivered to the Roblox username you provide during checkout. You are responsible for providing the correct username. Standard delivery: under 24 hours. Most orders complete in under 5 minutes.

6. Selling to Passmart (sellers)

If you sell items to Passmart through our Discord sell tickets:

• You confirm you are the rightful owner of the items.
• You agree on a payout amount and method before the trade.
• Payment is sent after we receive the items in-game. Payouts typically complete within 10 minutes of confirmed receipt.
• Once you transfer items to us, the trade is final. We do not return items unless we fail to pay you within 24 hours.
• If we fail to pay you within 24 hours of receiving items, you are entitled to the items back or equivalent compensation.

7. Acceptable use

• Don't use Passmart for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal purpose.
• Don't attempt to chargeback after receiving a successfully delivered gamepass.
• Don't abuse promo codes, store credit, or referral systems.
• Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack our services.
• Don't sell stolen, hacked, or duplicated items to Passmart.

Violations may result in account suspension, order cancellation, payment forfeiture, and forfeiture of store credit.

8. Refunds

Our refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

Game names, item names, images, and trademarks shown on Passmart belong to their respective owners. We use them solely to identify the gamepasses and items being traded.

10. Limitation of liability

Passmart is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Passmart is limited to the amount you paid (or were paid by us) for the order or trade in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to Roblox account moderation actions.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Passmart after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
